The mounting multi-layered satanic plans against the families of spiritual leaders is in full swing.

As we start off the beginning of 2023, we want to bring a very important message. As you listen to it, you will feel like it is a warning. Well, it really is meant to be a prophetic alarm that I believe we received a couple of months ago. Talking with several of my friends around the country, others have been feeling the same thing. I think if you listen, you will feel the importance of this.

Our thoughts have been on this prophetic text from the Old Testament prophet Micah, in chapters 2 and 7. Look at this important text…

“Woe to those who devise iniquity, And work out evil on their beds! At morning light they practice it, Because it is in the power of their hand. They covet fields and take them by violence, Also homes, and seize them. So they oppress a man and his house, A man and his inheritance and children. Therefore thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, against this family I am devising disaster, From which you cannot remove your necks; Nor shall you walk haughtily, For this is an evil time.’” — ‭‭Micah‬ ‭2‬:‭1‬-‭4‬‬

And then Micah finishes in chapter 7 with more of this warning against those who destroy the family. Look at verse 9-13:

“The women of My people you cast out From their pleasant houses; From their children You have taken away My glory forever. I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together like sheep of the fold, Like a flock in the midst of their pasture; Their king will pass before them, With the Lord at their head.’”

I strongly believe there is an attack being mounted by Satan against spiritual leadership families. A scheme. An assignment directly from hell with multiple layers and plans that I believe Satan has architected.

We have been praying about this for several weeks. I have notes from back in November. This attack is not about your spouse. And it is not time to blame each other, be critical of each other, or to question the validity of your marriage. It is time to fight together and overcome this satanic plot.

A spiritual attack on marriage & family - on many leadership families right now - means that Satan has identified spiritual leadership and is strategically trying to destroy all marriages by focusing upon spiritual leaders.

Why this spiritual attack? To disillusion the family in general by destroying the godly examples of spiritual leadership, Satan has targeted marriage & the family right now. So here are practical ways to stand against satanic attacks to your marriage and to combat against this spiritual attack on the marriage & family:

1. LISTEN:

•Look into each others eyes and listen

•Don’t just hear, listen

•One of the most powerful things you can do is to look each other in the eyes while you are talking. This projects respect, honor, and value to the words your spouse is speaking.

2. SPEAK:

•Watch your words right now

•Do not be hasty with your words. Overcome doubt or criticism or anger with a soft word (Proverbs 15.1)

•Speak life and not death, hope and not despair, speak what you want your marriage to look like and not get lost in the moment.

•You owe each other a 30 thousand foot view and not the moment of attack.

3. INTIMACY:

•The marriage bed is holy. The sanctity of sex is powerful.

•It has been called make-up sex. A powerful expression of intimacy that heals a marriage with ultimate communication and connection.

•Husbands, learn to make love to your wife and not just her body. Especially in moments of disunity or attack.

•And wives, don’t withhold intimacy from your husband, but, continue to meet each others needs even during disunity. Because sex will supernaturally unify you as part of God‘s design for your spiritual leadership and your marriage.

4. SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES:

•Prayer, reading, worship, and fasting will win this battle.

•Almost EVERY day we do this together…it is rare that we do not guard our marriage with the spiritual disciplines.

Finally

One thing that I have started in 2023 is texting Jessica in the morning that I love her. Put these simple things practice and you will see a strong stance against this spiritual attack of the family. I truly believe one of the reasons this happening is because Gen Z and alpha GEN have already witnessed the destruction of the family. Satan would love to finish that job. But not on our watch…
